You Can Join FoOT As a Volunteer Working Member
Volunteer Working Membership in FoOT is offered to those who contribute to the improvement of the Ouachita Trail or the Womble trail in one of the following ways:
1. Providing and reporting volunteer hours in areas such as:
- ADOPTING a section of trail
- Participating in SPECIAL trail maintenance needs {Assistance to Adopters with their adopted sections, or trail projects {shelters, bridges, tread needs,etc.}
- Participating with an ORGANIZATION that maintains membership in FoOT
- Serving as a member of the MANAGEMENT TEAM (Board Member, Officer, District Captain, Special Committee, Board Consultant)
- Participate in special events (e.g. Annual Fall Maintenance Event)
We ask that Volunteers renew their commitment annually so we can recognize your membership and continue to keep you on our Roster. You can renew using the Form HERE to download or you can use the online form below.
Volunteer Guest Agreement
If you are a FoOT Volunteer Working Member and will have guests helping you with maintenance tasks, they must fill-out a Volunteer Guest Agreement. If your adoption falls within the area managed by Pinnacle Mountain State Park (OT Section 9 Mile 192.5 thru Section 10 Mile 222.5), your guest(s) will also have to sign the PMSP FoOT Volunteer Waiver.
